Davros revealed
In the Trailer for "The Stolen Earth, You get to see Davros going down a corridor of some sort.
As you can clearly see, it is Davros.

So Davros has some sort of Plot. And what about Dalek Caan?
That's him. The chained up Dalek. So who is really the Red Supreme Dalek? Some think it's Harriet Jones.
Series 4 ends on July 5th
The End of series 4, Journey's End will broadcast on July 5th, and will feature The Doctor, Donna Noble, Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Captain Jack, Sarah Jane, Davros and a New Red Dalek.
